Here are four photographs I took whilst on holiday this year on the island of Mull in the Hebrides. These boats can be found easily as they are right next to the main road up to Tobermory. They must be the most photographed boats in the world I think considering how many people stopped while I was there to take photos.

I was out the other day walking my dog, Hawk, after which I decided to just drive around a bit with my camera. We ended up at the end of some small lanes going between the fields, where we came came across some horses. This is a place where we often walk. I recently spent a couple of days in Notre Dame de Scourmont because I had quite a lot of reading to get through. The area around the monastery and the gardens are just great for photos, especially when you get into that dreamy state that comes when you are alone and immersed in reading. All photos were taken using my Nikon D610 and a 50mm F1.8.
